During this webinar, Emma Donald, a Registered Clinical Counsellor, explores the cycles of negative thinking patterns we all can get caught in, how to break these cycles, and coping and self-care tactics to integrate into your life.

About our presenter:

Emma Donald is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who offers counseling to individuals and couples in Victoria, BC, and virtually, across BC. Emma works with a variety of clients on anxiety, depression, body image issues, life transitions, trauma, relationship issues, grief and loss, and other challenges. She draws on a number of modalities to help her clients through these diverse issues, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), The Gottman Method, person-centered therapy, mindfulness practices, Bowen Family Systems, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), among others.
