Description: For adults caring for an elderly parent, grandparent, aging relative or friend. This caregiver support group offers:
- A place to share common experiences in a safe environment.
- With a monthly topic, learn and share about caregiving and coping strategies.
- Encouragement to protect and maintain your physical and emotional health.
- A chance to express feelings and be reassured that these feelings are normal.
- Support in your caregiving journey.
PLEASE NOTE: We have closed all registrations for this Fall/Winter Season, and will take registrations in March for the Spring/Summer Adults Providing Elder Care: Virtual Support Group
