CommunityLINK (Learning Includes Nutrition and Knowledge) funding is designed to support the academic achievement and social functioning of vulnerable students. $59 million in funding was provided to all 60 school districts for the 2023/24 school year. School districts are required to submit a outcomes report for the previous school year.

Instructions

1. Submit your 2023/24 CommunityLINK outcome reporting using the new CommunityLINK Annual Report webform. (Please note: The web form does not have a save capability so a CommunityLINK Annual Report working document(DOCX) has been provided for districts to plan prior to submitting.)
