School districts are required to complete an interim financial report for the Feeding Futures Fund and Student and Family Affordability Fund. Completed reports must be submitted to ECC.schoolfood@gov.bc.ca by December 31.

The reporting template includes each of the following:

• 2024/25 Feeding Futures expenditures to date
• 2024/25 expenditures to date for unused 2023/24 Student and Family Affordability funding

Instructions

1. Review the DM Bulletin with the 2024/25 spending criteria and Questions and Answers.
2. Complete the 2024/25 Feeding Futures and Student and Family Affordability Fund Interim Report template.
3. Return the completed template to ECC.schoolfood@gov.bc.ca by December 31, 2024.
