School districts are required to complete the year-end financial report for the Feeding Futures Fund and Student and Family Affordability Fund. Completed reports must be submitted to ECC.schoolfood@gov.bc.ca by July 31.

The reporting template includes each of the following:

• Final report of actual 2024/25 Feeding Futures expenditures
• High-level Feeding Futures spending plan for 2025/26
• Final report of actual 2024/25 Student and Family Affordability Fund expenditures
• High-level 2025/26 spending plan for unused 2024/25 Student and Family Affordability funding

Instructions

1. Review the DM Bulletin with the 2024/25 spending criteria and Questions and Answers.
2. Complete the 2024/25 Feeding Futures and Student and Family Affordability Fund Final Report template.
3. Return the completed template to ECC.schoolfood@gov.bc.ca by July 31, 2025.
