This Forum was designed to help patients, their families and caregivers optimize their quality of live by empowering them with knowledge and resources to manage diabetes. In this forum, participants will learn:

– introduction to diabetes

– living with diabetes – self-management tips on nutrition, mental health and fitness

– where and how to find help in the community – navigation of health services, treatments and medications

Delivered in Panjabi, Hindi, English
