Description: We invite caregivers from across BC to our new monthly thematic peer support group, featuring specific scheduled topics at each session. This is a closed group of six support sessions.
Theme for Sept. 21: Caregiver Well-Being: Maintaining the Balance
Topics: Preventing caregiver burnout, creating a caregiver support plan, and embracing a circle of care.
