The Office of the Comptroller General requires that each crown corporation, agency, and SUCH sector entity supply a Management Representation Letter effective June 7, 2024. The purpose of this letter is to provide the Office of the Comptroller General with assurance that they may rely on the school district’s system of internal controls to ensure accuracy and completeness of the financial information included in their audited financial statements and provided in the GRE reporting at March 31, 2024.

Instructions

1. Secretary Treasurers must sign and submit the Management Representation Letter by June 10, 2024.

2. Email the signed and dated June 7, 2024 PDF copy to EDUC.GRESDReporting@gov.bc.ca.
