Special Assessments (Braille or Large Print) are provided to students who meet the criteria for designation as a student with a Visual Impairment as outlined in the Inclusive Education Services – A Manual of Policies, Procedures and Guidelines.

Instructions
1. Read Chapter 2: B.C. Graduation Program Handbook of Procedures (PDF) for information on the adjudication process.

2. Complete a Request for Special Format Assessments. A separate form will be required for each session request.
