Independent schools are required to complete the year-end financial report for the Feeding Futures Fund and Student and Family Affordability Fund. Completed reports must be submitted to Rocio@fisabc.ca by July 31.

The reporting template includes each of the following:

• Final report of actual 2024-25 Feeding Futures expenditures
• Final report of actual 2024-25 Student and Family Affordability Fund expenditures

Instructions

1. Review the DM Bulletin with the spending criteria and Questions and Answers.
2. Complete the 2024-25 Feeding Futures and Student and Family Affordability Fund Final Report template.
3. Return the completed template to Rocio@fisabc.ca by July 31, 2025.
