All independent schools are required to login into the Educational Data Exchange (EDX) – Update School Information  to input/update Principal and Safe School Coordinator contact information by September 15 annually and to input/update any changes throughout the school year.

Safe School Coordinator information may be updated by selecting New Contact/School Contact Type/Safe School Coordinator.  Note: The Safe School Coordinator list/contact information for Safe School Coordinators is not visible to the public on the EDX site.  The information provided is used to ensure the proper forwarding of received online erase reports and is also sometimes used to contact the school in case of a student emergency.
